Mark qualified as a solicitor in 2009 and is a member of the Association of Contentious Trusts and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS). He deals with all areas of Contentious Probate including claims relating to the validity of a Will, financial provision pursuant to the 1975 Inheritance Act, testamentary capacity issues, removal of executors and disputes between beneficiaries. Mark aims to ensure that his clients understand their options, including any potential risks, and have a realistic expectation as to the likely outcome.
