David was formerly the Senior Office Partner of the Nottingham office of leading law firm Eversheds and a member of the firm’s corporate group. At Eversheds he specialised in advising private companies and their owners and was named as a leading Midlands Corporate Finance adviser by Chambers directory for several years running.
David joined Meridian in April 2010 when he retired from Eversheds. He has over 30 years’ experience of advising private company shareholders on exit, succession and estate planning.
